The pressure sensors for tractor from our factory

The pressure sensors for tractor
1. Function
Pressure sensors are designed to measure pressure in tractor systems:- oil pressure in the diesel lubrication system – 35 thousand pcs. per year;- air pressure in the pneumatic system – 35 thousand pieces. per year;;- oil pressure in the lubrication system of the gearbox – 10 thousand pcs. per year;.

2. Technical parameters and characteristics.
2.1 The sensors must work in a DC circuit with a nominal voltage of 12V.
2.2 The resistance value of the rheostat of the sensors must correspond to the valuesindicated in the table:
* the value of the resistance of the rheostat of the sensors in the control marks of the ascale has an important parameter.
2.3 The resistance values of the sensor rheostat when the ambient temperature changes from minus 40°С to plus 120°С should not exceed the tolerances specified in the table.
2.4 Insulation resistance between the sensor contacts and the body at a temperature of 25±5°C and relative air humidity from 45% to 80% should be less than 5 MOhm.
2.5 The sensor must withstand a maximum current of at least 75 mA.

3. Operating modes and conditions.
3.1 Sensors must be made in a single design for operation in temperate and tropical climates.
3.2 The external surfaces of the sensors must be resistant to oil, diesel fuel, pesticides,fertilizers, antifreeze liquids, detergents, their vapors, and solar radiation.
3.3 Sensors must be operational under the following environmental factors:- ambient air temperature from minus 40°С to plus 120°С;
- relative air humidity from 45% to 95%;
- atmospheric pressure 61-106.7 kPa (457.5-800 mm Hg).
3.4 Sensors must remain operational after inactivity at temperatures from minus 55°C toplus 85°C with a temperature change of ±4°C per minute.
3.5 The sensors must be operational at the maximum temperature of the working medium (oil) – plus 120°C.
3.6 The external surfaces of the sensors must withstand exposure to salt fog for 96hours.
3.7 Sensor operation mode is continuous.
3.8 Sensors must be capable of withstanding pressure overload exceeding 50% of the upper limit of indication range.
3.9 The sensors must withstand under pressure the impact of vibration loads along three axes at an acceleration of 200 m/s2 and a frequency from 50 Hz to 2000 Hz.
3.10 The sensors must withstand impact loads with a maximum acceleration of up to 150 m/s2 and a frequency of (80-120) beats per minute.
3.11 Sensors must withstand cyclic loads in the amount of 20 000 cycles when the nominal working pressure changes from 10% to 70%.
3.12 Sector of the working position of the sensor when mounted on a tractor – from vertical (block up) to horizontal.
3.13 Mounting sensors:
- engine lubrication (from 0 to 0,6 MPa) – diesel;
- pneumatic system (from 0 to 1,0 MPa) – transmission;
- gearbox lubrication (from 0 to 2,0 MPa) – transmission;

4. Design requirements.
4.1 The overall dimensions of the sensors should not exceed the dimensions specified inAppendix 1.
4.2 Connecting threads of sensors:
- with a range from 0 to 0,6 MPa – K1 / 4 ” (engine oil pressure);
- with a range from 0 to 1,0 MPa – M14x1.5 (pressure in the pneumatic system);
- with a range from 0 to 2,0 MPa – K1 / 4 “( oil pressure in gearbox).
The set of the sensor 0 to 1,0 MPa – M14x1.5 must have a sealing copper ring. 4.2 Connection: The male connector on the sensor must comply with type 106462-1 (by
TE Connectivity) to connect the socket block 0-0282189-1, according to Appendix 1.For prototypes, it is allowed to install the male connector 106462-1 with cable 300mm.
4.3 Sensors must have a degree of protection against ingress of external objects and water IP55.
4.4 The design of the sensor must withstand the tightening torque of 25N.m applied to the hexagon S17 of the housing. The size of the hexagon can be additionally agreed upon.
4.5 The design of the sensor must be resistant to internal condensation.
4.6 The warranty period of operation of the sensor must be 2 years from the moment the tractor is put into operation.
4.7 Packing in consumer and transport packing materials, requirements for packing ma
terials, shipping documentation and packaging according to the manufacturer’s drawings. Each sensor must be individually packaged to ensure the safety of the sensor during transportation and storage.
4.8 The sensor must be patent-free in relation to the following countries: CIS, UK,USA, Canada, Germany, EP (European patent), WO (international patent).
4.9 Technical requirements can be refined and supplemented in the process of product development.
