because time and frequency are physical parameters that can be accurately measured, and the frequency signal can be ignored in the transmission process of the cable resistance, inductance, capacitance and other factors.
At the same time, the vibrating string pressure sensor also has a strong anti-interference ability, small zero drift, good temperature characteristics, simple structure, high resolution, stable performance, easy to data transmission, processing and storage, easy to realize the digitalization of the instrument, so the vibrating string pressure sensor can also be used as one of the directions of sensing technology development.

The sensitive element of vibrating wire pressure sensor is a steel string, and the natural frequency of the sensitive element is related to the tension force.
The length of the string is fixed, and the change in the vibration frequency of the string can be used to measure the size of the tension, that is, the input is a force signal, and the output is a frequency signal. Vibrating wire type pressure sensor is divided into two parts, the lower component is mainly a combination of sensitive components.
The upper component is an aluminum shell containing an electronic module and a terminal, which is placed in two small chambers so that the tightness of the electronic module chamber is not affected when wiring.
The vibrating wire pressure sensor can choose the current output type and the frequency output type. Vibrating string pressure sensor in operation, vibrating string with its resonant frequency keeps vibrating, when the measured pressure changes, the frequency will change, this frequency signal through the converter can be converted into 4~20mA current signal.
