In this way, the pressure sensor is forced, and then the product is the force, Pressure sensors and products are subject to different forces, The product itself is subjected to less force than the pressure sensor, When the structure has been done, the customer can only add compensation value in the PLC program. This situation can be completely avoided if the pull-press type sensor is selected and the sensor and tooling are connected together.

2) the selection of measurement range, in order to avoid damage to the sensor due to overload, in the range of accuracy allowed, should be as large as possible. If the cylinder or electric cylinder is used, the maximum thrust of the cylinder or electric cylinder should be calculated, including the impact force.

3)the selection of the size of the pressure sensor, such as there is no limit to the installation space, you can choose a slightly larger size of the sensor, the large sensors generally have threaded holes at the bottom, easy to install, directly fixed with screws, can save the trouble of processing fixtures. In addition, generally the size of the larger sensor are more accurate.

4) The temperature has a certain impact on the sensor work, the selection of pressure sensor should also consider the temperature factor, such as the environmental temperature is too high, should be explained to the manufacturer, the selection of high temperature sensor.

5), Due to the pressure sensor output is millivolt signal, the signal is not a standard analog signal, a transmitter should be provided, also called amplifier, the signal into a standard analog signal or digital signal, such as the standard analog 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, digital RS232, RS485, etc.

6) If the need to display on site, it is necessary to match the display instrument, display instrument and transmitter two options. For PLC or other acquisition system, display instrument with analog output or serial communication should be selected.
